Tuition Assistance
The goal of our financial assistance program is to provide the opportunity for all interested students to attend OLM regardless of their financial status. Tuition assistance is available based upon need. Many families think they may not qualify for assistance, but are encouraged to apply. Fee Schedule 2024 – 2025
| Registration Fee | $300 per family |
| Kindergarten Fee | $325 per child |
| Technology Fee | $125 per child – grades 1- 8 |
| Graduation Fee | $400 per 8th grade child |
- All new families must provide a letter from their pastor or parish office to receive the OLM “Participating Parish Rate” tuition.
- All families are required to create a FACTS account – all tuition and registration payments will be processed through FACTS.

- All tuition payments are due on the 20th of the month.
- A late fee of $30 will be applied if tuition is not paid on time.

- School Fees (except for registration fee) will be added to each child’s monthly tuition These fees are determined by the Board and are in addition to the tuition. All fees are:
- Mandatory,
- Not applied to the tuition, and
- Non-refundable
- Fees charged by FACTS are not controlled or determined by the Board and are the responsibility of each school family to address without involvement of the school’s administration, staff, or the Board.
