Applying to OLM

Our Application Process

Thank you for considering Our Lady of Mercy Regional Catholic School for your child.   If you have questions or would like to apply for admission, please follow this link to request information.  OLM Director of Advancement, Mrs. Julie Bebey, will respond promptly to your request.

Application for Our Lady of Mercy Regional Catholic School
–  Students entering Kindergarten in September must be 5 years of age by September 15th of that year.
–  Students entering First Grade in September must be 6  years of age by September 15th of that year.

When you apply, you will need the following:

  1. Birth certificate
  2. Baptismal certificate, if baptized
  3. Social Security card
  4. Pennsylvania Physician’s Exam Form
  5. Pennsylvania Dentist’s Exam Form
  6. $300.00 non-refundable registration fee per family *

* Current families may receive a discount on the registration fee for early registration

If your child is transferring from another school, you will also need:

  1. school records
  2. standardized test scores
  3. transcript of grades
  4. academic evaluations

Beginning with the 2009-2010 school year, 28 PA.CODE.CH.23 (School Immunization) requires students in all grades to have the following:

4 doses of tetanus
3 doses of polio
2 doses of mumps
3 doses of hepatitis B 

4 doses of diphtheria
2 doses of measles
1 doses of rubella
2 doses of varicella (phased in by 2010/2011)
